Wallet

Your wallet is your billing balance in Chatseeker. Every charge runs through it.

Adding funds

  1. Click Add Funds on the Billing page.

  2. Select a preset amount or click Custom Amount (minimum top-up is $20).

  3. Continue to Stripe, which opens in a new tab, and complete the payment.

We support Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe. Cryptocurrency payments are not supported.

Important to know

  • Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn or refunded. Once topped up, the balance stays in your Chatseeker wallet.

  • Some actions, like extending an inactive creator, require a sufficient wallet balance before they can be processed.

VAT and taxes

VAT may be added during checkout depending on your location and business status. The amount you choose to top up is the net amount. VAT is handled separately by Stripe at checkout.

If you are eligible for VAT exemption, you can add your Tax ID in the Stripe billing portal:

  1. Open Billing.

  2. Click Manage Billing.

  3. In the Stripe portal, add your Tax ID.

Pricing

Your monthly price per creator is based on the creator's revenue over the last 30 days. The more a creator earns, the higher the tier. Pricing scales with growth, so you always pay a fair rate relative to performance.

Pricing is calculated automatically. When you extend or renew a creator, Chatseeker checks the latest revenue data to assign the correct tier.

Managing creator billing

All creator billing actions are managed from the Billing page. Open the actions menu (three dots) on any creator row to access the options below.

Cancel renewal

Canceling stops auto-renewal at the end of the current billing cycle. The creator stays active until the cycle ends, but will not renew automatically after that.

  1. Open the actions menu and select Cancel renewal.

  2. Choose a reason and click Continue.

  3. Review the confirmation step, acknowledge the final checkbox, and click Cancel renewal anyway.

Reactivate renewal

Changed your mind? You can undo a cancellation at any time before the cycle ends.

  1. Open the actions menu and select Reactivate renewal.

  2. Confirm by clicking Reactivate Renewal.

Extending an inactive or expired creator

When a creator has expired or been deactivated, you may need to request a fresh pricing quote before extending.

  1. Open the actions menu and select Request Pricing.

  2. If prompted, complete a short creator login so Chatseeker can pull the latest revenue data.

  3. Review the pricing quote.

  4. Click Extend Creator to resume at the calculated tier.

In some cases, you may also see Extend inactive creator as a shortcut when an immediate extension is available.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, you have a 24-hour window to settle the outstanding amount. If the payment is not completed within that window:

  • Access to the affected creator will be disabled.

  • The creator will be automatically logged out.

To recover, top up your wallet via Add Funds or update your payment details through Manage Billing.
