Groups
Groups let you manage permissions at scale. Instead of configuring access for every employee individually, you create a group, define its permissions once, and assign team members to it. Everyone in the group gets the same access, and any changes you make to the group apply to all members automatically.

What is a group?
A group is a permission bundle. You define what the group can do, which creators it has access to, and then add your team members. This is especially useful for agencies with multiple employees working across different creators.
Creating a group
Click Create group.
Enter a Name (e.g. "Chatters Team A" or "Managers").
Optionally add a Description to clarify the group's purpose.
Configure the group Capabilities:
Click Create Group.
Editing a group
Open any group to view and edit its details. Changes to the name, description, and capability toggles are saved automatically.
Managing members
Adding a member
Open the group.
Under Members, click Add member.
Search for a team member and click their name to add them.
Removing a member
Open the group.
Under Members, click Remove next to the member you want to remove.
Configuring permissions per creator
Each group has a permission matrix where you control access per creator. The matrix separates Chatseeker permissions and Fansly permissions, so you can define exactly what the group can do within each system.
Toggle individual permissions on or off for each creator. Changes apply to all group members and may take a moment to reflect across the app.
