The chat info panel helps your team keep fan context accurate.

Before you start

  • You are in Chats with a creator selected.

  • You have an open conversation selected.

Step-by-step

Open Fan Details

  1. Open a chat.

  2. Open the chat info panel on the right.

  3. Find the Fan Details section.

Set Origin

  1. In Origin, choose an existing origin category.

  2. If available in your UI, create a new origin category from the same control.

Edit Timezone (and check Local Time Preview)

  1. In Timezone, click the edit action (pencil).

  2. Select the correct timezone.

  3. Review Local Time Preview.

  4. Click Save to apply, or Cancel to revert.

Understand Local Time

Local Time is derived from the saved Timezone. If timezone is not set, local time may be unavailable.

Edit Country (and State if available)

  1. In Country, click the edit action (pencil).

  2. Select a Country.

  3. If a State selector appears, select the correct state.

  4. Click Save.

Set Birthday

  1. In Birthday, click the edit action.

  2. Choose the date in the calendar picker.

  3. Confirm the value updates in Birthday.

Upcoming Birthdays (chat list)

Use Birthdays to open a list of fans with upcoming birthdays.

  1. In Chats, open Birthdays.

  2. Review Upcoming Birthdays.

  3. Click Open Chat to open a fan directly.

Notes

  • Use consistent Origin categories so reporting and workflows remain clean.

  • Accurate Timezone and Country help your team time messages appropriately.
