How it works
When a fan receives a PPV and doesn't purchase it within your configured wait period, Chatseeker automatically sends your reminder message. Simple setup, continuous upside.
Setup
Enable or disable PPV Reminders
Open PPV Reminders.
Toggle the switch to Enabled or Disabled.
Configure the wait period
The wait period defines how long Chatseeker should wait after the original PPV before sending the reminder.
Open PPV Reminders.
In Wait Period, enter the number of Minutes (0 or greater).
Set the reminder message
A reminder message is required for the feature to work.
Open PPV Reminders.
In Reminder Message, click Add Message (or Edit Message if one is already set).
Write your reminder and save it.
Tips for effective reminders
Keep it casual. A reminder should feel like a natural follow-up, not a second sales pitch. A short, friendly message usually outperforms a hard sell.
Timing matters. Too soon feels pushy, too late and the fan has moved on. Test different wait periods to find what works best for your audience.
One reminder per PPV. Each fan receives the reminder only once per PPV, so don't worry about spamming.
