Chats is your team's command center for fan conversations. It's where you read, reply, and manage every interaction, equipped with built-in tools for productivity, safety, and full message traceability.

Open Chats for the creator you want to work on, then select any conversation from the inbox to jump right in.

Layout overview

The Chats interface is designed to keep everything you need within reach:

Area	What it does
Chat list (left)	Your inbox, all conversations at a glance
Chat view (center)	The active conversation with full message history
Info panel (right)	Fan details, creator context, and relevant metadata
Top bar	Quick-access actions for your most-used tools

Top bar actions

The top bar gives you instant access to key features without leaving the chat:

Action	What it does
Online	See which fans are currently online
Mass Message	Launch a mass message to multiple fans at once
Notifications	View live notifications in real time
Enable NSFW	Toggle NSFW protection on or off (account-level setting)
Focus	Enter focus mode to minimize distractions while chatting

Inbox shortcuts

From the chat list header, you can quickly access additional tools:

Shortcut	What it does
Birthdays	View upcoming fan birthdays so you never miss a moment
Inbox Splitter	Split your inbox view by fan number (requires Fan Numbering to be enabled)
Lists	Manage and access your fan lists
PPV History	Review past pay-per-view messages and their performance
