Sending Messages
The chat composer is built for speed and safety. Send quick replies, use Scripts for templated messages, attach media from your Vault, and let Message Guard catch anything that shouldn't go out. All without leaving the conversation.

Sending a message
Open any chat, type your message in the composer, and hit send. It's that simple.
Replying to a specific message
Need to reference something a fan said? Select the message you want to reply to. The composer will show a "Replying to ..." banner to keep context clear for both your team and the fan. Type your reply and send.
Using Scripts
Scripts are pre-built message templates that help you respond faster and stay consistent across your team.
Click Scripts in the composer.
Pick a template from the suggestions list.
The composer will show a "Script message" marker so you know a template is active.
Review the content, adjust if needed, and send.
Tip: Always review script content before sending. A quick glance ensures the message fits the conversation.

Attaching media from Vault
Click Add Media from Vault in the composer.
Select one or more items from your Vault.
Click Add selected to attach them to your message.
If you're sending a media bundle, Chatseeker may prompt you to Select free preview. This lets you choose which media the fan sees before purchasing.

Safety features
NSFW Protection
When NSFW protection is enabled, sensitive media is automatically blurred in the chat view to keep your workspace safe. You can toggle this on or off at any time via the top bar.
Message Guard
Message Guard scans outgoing messages in real time and blocks anything that matches your active rules, such as crypto wallet addresses, external links, email addresses, or phone numbers.
If a message gets blocked, simply rewrite or remove the flagged content and send again. In rare cases where Message Guard data isn't available yet, sending is temporarily paused until it's back online.
