New Fan Lists

New Fan Lists automatically sort incoming followers and subscribers into lists as soon as they arrive. This gives you immediate control over how you handle new fans without any manual work.

How it works

Chatseeker watches for two events and assigns fans to a list automatically:

Event

What happens

New Follower

Fan starts following and gets added to your selected follower list

New Subscriber

Fan subscribes and gets added to your selected subscriber list

Setup

  1. Open New Fan Lists.

  2. Under New Followers, select the list that new followers should be assigned to.

  3. Under New Subscribers, select the list that new subscribers should be assigned to.

If the list you need doesn't exist yet, you can create a new one directly from the selector and assign it right away.

Use case: exclude new fans from Mass Messages

A new fan who just arrived doesn't need a Mass Message right away. You want to qualify them first, get to know their interests, and build a connection before sending offers. By placing new fans into a dedicated list, you can exclude that list from Mass Messages and make sure only fans who have already been qualified by your team receive targeted content.
