Employee Metrics is where you compare your entire team at a glance. See who drives the most revenue, who's most active, and how each chatter stacks up for the period you care about. It's your starting point for coaching, recognition, and building a high-performing team.

Using Employee Metrics

  1. Open Employee Metrics.

  2. Select a date range using the date range picker.

  3. Click any column header to sort. Sorting controls the ranking you see.

  4. Use Export to download the data:

    • Export as CSV

    • Export as Excel (.xls)

  5. Click a row to open the Employee Detail view for full timelines and breakdowns.

Column reference

Each column captures a different side of employee performance. Combine them to see the full picture.

Column

What it shows

Revenue

Attributed revenue for the employee in the selected range. Driven by automatic attribution and manual assignments from Notifications

Messages

Number of messages sent in the selected range

Online

Total time the employee was tracked as online

Avg Response

Average response time, based on tracked reply samples

PPV Sent

Number of PPVs sent by the employee

PPV Bought

Number of PPV purchases attributed to chats handled by the employee

Keystrokes

Total tracked keystrokes. A signal for how much original typing vs. script reuse an employee does

How to read the data

  • Sort by Revenue to instantly see your top performers for the period.

  • Compare PPV Sent to PPV Bought to identify chatters with high purchase rates vs. those who send a lot but convert little.

  • Use Avg Response alongside Online Time to understand who stays sharp during their shift and who gets stuck.

  • Zoom into a row with the Employee Detail view to investigate trends, specific days, or hourly patterns.
