Keeping your account and your team safe is a top priority. Chatseeker gives you full control over security settings directly from the dashboard, so you can manage access, enforce two-factor authentication, and reset credentials whenever needed.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for every account on your workspace. It adds an extra layer of protection and takes less than a minute to set up.

To enable 2FA for your own account, go to Settings > Security and follow the setup flow.

You can check the 2FA status of your entire team on the Employees page. The 2FA column shows you at a glance who has it enabled and who doesn't.

Resetting your password

If you've lost access to your account, click Reset Password on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to set a new password.
