Getting Started - Connect Your First Creator

Before you can start chatting, managing fans, or using any of Chatseeker's features, you need to connect at least one creator account. This guide walks you through the process step by step.

Prerequisites

  • You have a Chatseeker account and can log in to the dashboard.

Option 1: Connect via Email and Password

This is the fastest way to add a creator directly from the Chatseeker dashboard.

  1. Open the Chatseeker dashboard and navigate to Creators in the sidebar.

  2. Click the Add Creator button.

  3. A modal window will appear. Enter the fansly creator's email address and password.

  4. Click Submit. If the creator account has two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you will be prompted to enter the verification code. Enter the code and confirm.

  5. Once verified, the creator account is connected and ready to use.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Chatseeker does not store passwords. Your credentials are transmitted securely and are only used during the initial login process. All connections are encrypted and follow strict security protocols to keep creator accounts protected.

Problem Solution

Creator is already registered with another agency

The creator account can only be connected to one agency at a time. If you see this error, contact our support team directly β€” we will help you resolve it as quickly as possible.

2FA code not accepted

Make sure you are entering the most recent code from your authenticator app. Codes expire after a short time, so request a fresh one if needed.

Login fails without a clear error

Double-check the email and password for typos. If the issue persists, try connecting via the Chrome Extension or reach out to support.
