Reviewing PPV Stats for a single fan
Every fan has their own PPV scorecard, available directly in the chat.
Open a fan chat.
Open the chat info panel on the right.
Scroll to PPV Stats to see:
A high Buy Rate Score signals a fan who consistently buys. A low score means it might be time to rethink your offer, adjust pricing, or change the content approach for that fan.
Opening PPV History
PPV History gives you a full overview of every PPV sent, across all fans for the selected creator.
In Chats, open PPV History.
Review the overview table:

Understanding PPV status labels
Each PPV in the history has one of three statuses:
Seen Not Purchased is the most actionable signal. These fans showed interest but didn't convert, making them the perfect target for a follow-up message, a price adjustment, or a different offer.
Detailed PPV History (timeline view)
From a fan context, you can open the detailed PPV History timeline. This view focuses on purchase outcomes and pricing trends over time, so you can see patterns like which price points work best for a specific fan.
Click Reload to refresh the list.

Click Open Chat to jump directly to that fan's conversation.
