PPV Stats & PPV History

PPV sales are one of the most important revenue drivers for any creator. PPV Stats and PPV History give your team full visibility into how each fan responds to pay-per-view content, so you can spot top buyers, identify fans who need a different approach, and fine-tune your offer strategy based on real data.

Reviewing PPV Stats for a single fan

Every fan has their own PPV scorecard, available directly in the chat.

  1. Open a fan chat.

  2. Open the chat info panel on the right.

  3. Scroll to PPV Stats to see:

Metric

What it means

Sent PPVs

Total number of PPVs sent to this fan

Purchased PPVs

How many of those PPVs they actually bought

Buy Rate Score

The ratio of purchased to sent PPVs, summarizing how reliably this fan converts

A high Buy Rate Score signals a fan who consistently buys. A low score means it might be time to rethink your offer, adjust pricing, or change the content approach for that fan.

Opening PPV History

PPV History gives you a full overview of every PPV sent, across all fans for the selected creator.

  1. In Chats, open PPV History.

  2. Review the overview table:

Column What it shows

Fan

The fan who received the PPV

Status

Whether the PPV was purchased, seen, or ignored

Price

The price the PPV was sent at

Date

When it was sent

Understanding PPV status labels

Each PPV in the history has one of three statuses:

Status What it means

Purchased

The fan bought the PPV

Seen Not Purchased

The fan opened the message but didn't buy

Not Seen

The fan hasn't opened the message yet

Seen Not Purchased is the most actionable signal. These fans showed interest but didn't convert, making them the perfect target for a follow-up message, a price adjustment, or a different offer.

Detailed PPV History (timeline view)

From a fan context, you can open the detailed PPV History timeline. This view focuses on purchase outcomes and pricing trends over time, so you can see patterns like which price points work best for a specific fan.

  1. Click Reload to refresh the list.

  2. Click Open Chat to jump directly to that fan's conversation.
