Reset your password

If you can't sign in or suspect your password has been compromised, you can reset it directly from the login screen. The process takes less than a minute.

Request a reset link

  1. Open the login page.

  2. Click Reset Password.

  3. Enter your email address.

  4. Click Send Reset Link.

  5. Check your inbox for the reset email.

Set a new password

  1. Open the link from the email.

  2. Enter your New Password and Confirm New Password.

  3. Click Reset Password.

  4. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.

Problem

What to do

No email received

Check your spam or junk folder. Some email providers may delay delivery by a few minutes.

Invalid Reset Link

The link has expired or was already used. Click Request New Reset Link on the confirmation page and start again.

Link not clickable

Copy the full URL from the email and paste it directly into your browser.

Still can't sign in after reset

Make sure you're using the new password and that there are no extra spaces when pasting. Try resetting one more time.
